This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of digital products purchased from Cyber ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing and using our products, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our products.

Grant of License

Upon purchase, Zyber grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the digital product under the specific conditions outlined in this Agreement. This license does not grant ownership of the product but rather a right to use it based on the license type purchased.

Permitted Use

You are allowed to:

• Use the purchased digital product for personal and/or commercial projects, depending on the license type.

• Customize and modify the product for your own projects, as long as the modifications do not violate the restrictions outlined below.

• Use the product in multiple projects, within the limits of the purchased license.

License Types

Zyber offers three types of licenses: Personal, Commercial, and Extended. Each license applies to Framer templates, mockups, and 3D models with the following restrictions:

Personal License

For individual users, non-commercial use only.

• Can be used in personal projects, including portfolios and social media posts.

• Can be modified for personal use.

• Cannot be used for any commercial or monetized project.

• Cannot be shared, redistributed, or included in commercial products.

• Cannot be used in products sold to clients or businesses.

Example: A designer purchases a mockup and uses it to showcase their work in a personal portfolio but does not use it in client projects.

Commercial License

For small businesses, freelancers, and commercial use.

• Can be used for client work, digital marketing, and monetized content.

• Can be used in up to 10,000 product sales or downloads.

• Can be used for branding and UI/UX presentations.

• Cannot be redistributed or resold as a separate product.

• Cannot be integrated into desktop apps, mobile apps or games.

• Cannot be used in large-scale physical production (limited to 500 units)

Example: A freelancer purchases a Framer template and customizes it for a client’s website, which is later monetized.

Extended License

For enterprises, SaaS platforms, and mass distribution.

• Can be used in unlimited projects and sales.

• Can be used in platforms that allow customization by users (e.g., Canva, Figma, web-based editors).

• Can be used in products with over 100,000 views or downloads.

• Can be used in physical products with no production limit.

• Cannot be resold as an independent product or pack.

• Cannot be redistributed without modifications.

Example: A company purchases a 3D model to integrate into a product customization tool where users can edit and generate their own visuals.

Restrictions

Regardless of the license type, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling or sublicensing the digital product in its original or modified form.

• Sharing the product with third parties who have not purchased a license.

• Claiming ownership of the product or falsely representing it as your own work.

• Using the product to create a direct competitor to Zyber’s digital products.

Intellectual Property Rights

All digital products remain the intellectual property of Zyber. Purchasing a license does not transfer any copyright or ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement remain with Zyber.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases where the product is proven to be defective or significantly different from its description. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team at [your email] for assistance.

Termination

Zyber reserves the right to terminate this License Agreement if the User violates any of the outlined terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the digital product and delete all copies in your possession.

Updates and Modifications

We may update this License Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
